Laser Metal Cutting
Shaping and cutting of sheet metal of any complexity and thickness up to 25 mm (stainless steel, ferrous metal, copper, brass, aluminum). Part geometry is programmed in the BySoft CAD/CAM application. As a result of cutting, a flawlessly clean cut can be obtained.
Sheet metal roll bending
The rolling machine is a universal equipment for bending various metals. The machine is designed for bending and forming sheet metal and can produce cylindrical, conical and arcuate bending of workpieces. Rolling of sheet metal is carried out on special equipment. With it, you can bend a metal sheet in a radial or linear plane, roll it into a cylinder or cone.
Contact spot welding
The main demand to the spot welding is conditioned with its series of advantages, these are: high productivity due to the use of high electrical power (welding time of one joint or point is from 0.02 to 1 s); high quality of welded joints; insignificant residual deformations, simplicity and convenience of working with welding machines, neatness of the connection (virtually no weld seam), economic efficiency.
